TYLER, Texas - New Mexico State football wideout Jared Wyatt has been named to the watch list for the 2020 Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award, which recognizes the top offensive player in Division I football with a connection to the state of Texas.
Wyatt is one of 47 FBS student-athletes included on the watch list, which was announced Wednesday live on The Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award Facebook page.
The Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award recognizes the top offensive player in Division I football who also exhibits the enduring characteristics that define Earl Campbell: integrity, performance, teamwork, sportsmanship, drive, community and tenacity; specifically, tenacity to persist and determination to overcome adversity and injury in pursuit of reaching goals.
