LOS ANGELES - Though it didn't make a field goal in the last 7:15 of regulation and despite a season-high 26 turnovers, the NM State men's basketball team put its toughness on display in order to secure a 63-58 victory at Loyola Marymount Saturday evening at Gersten Pavilion.
NM State's first win over a West Coast Conference foe in the Chris Jans coaching era saw the Aggies dominate on the glass. The Aggies owned a 37-22 (+15) edge on the glass as they moved to 8-2 overall and 3-0 in true road games.
