WACO, Texas – NM State equestrian's Rianna Storey was named the United Equestrian Conference (UEC) November Rider of the Month for horsemanship, announced the conference office Thursday.
"I am thrilled that Rianna was named UEC Horsemanship Rider of the Month," said head coach Robin Morris-Walters. "She certainly earned it, pulling off big scores, going undefeated on the road and winning MOP every time she stepped in the pen."
Storey is a senior geography major from Cambridge, Ontario, Canada. The team captain of the horsemanship squad for the Aggies represented NM State at the American Quarter Horse Association Horsemanship Challenge where she won her first matchup in Round 1.
