LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The NM State Aggies needed a quarter to shake off the cob webs, as paced the women's basketball team with a career-high 15 points in the 76-61 victory over Eastern New Mexico at the Pan Am Center on Monday night.
The last time NM State (7-2) followed a home loss with a win against Eastern New Mexico (4-4), it went on to win 22 of its final 25 games (2014-15).
After a sluggish start for the second-straight game, the Aggies used a 21-11 run in the second frame behind 10-of-19 shooting to take the 33-25 lead into the break.
