CATHEDRAL CITY, Calif. – Tatum Reedy hit a walk-off single as the NM State softball team defeated Cal State Fullerton 5-4 on Saturday night in the Mary Nutter Classic.
With the score tied at 4-4 in the bottom of the seventh, the Aggies (11-5) loaded the bases. Emma Adams hit a single to left field and Jasmine Stokes entered as a pinch runner. Kelsey Horton followed with a single to left center. Fiana Finau reached first base, Horton advanced to second and Stokes advanced to third on an error by the Titans' (9-5) short stop.
