SALT LAKE CITY – Longtime New Mexico State head athletic trainer Mike O'Larey is set to be inducted into the Rocky Mountain Athletic Trainers Association this Saturday, April 14.
A significant contributor to his field in the state of New Mexico, this will be his second induction after being named to the New Mexico Athletic Trainers Association Hall of Fame in 2015.
O'Larey is wrapping up his 28th season with the Aggies and 24th season as the head athletic trainer for New Mexico State. During his time in Las Cruces, O'Larey has worked with the Aggie football team each year and was on hand as NM State broke a 57 year bowl drought this past December with a 26-20 win over Utah State in overtime at the 2017 NOVA Home Loans Arizona Bowl in Tucson, Ariz.
