LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The New Mexico State women's tennis team cruised through its competition on Friday at the NM State Tennis Center with a 7-0 sweep of Mesa Community College.
The Aggies' No. 2 doubles team of Vanessa Valdez and Rebecca Keijzerwaard kept their dominance going on Friday, taking down the Thunderbirds' doubles tandem 6-1. Fanni Novak and Eli Arnaudova easily clinched the doubles point for NM State when they took down their counterparts 6-2 before Rimpledeep Kaur and Gabrielle Joyce defeated their opponents 6-3 shortly after.
