ABILENE, Texas – The New Mexico State women's tennis team cruised past Hardin-Simmons on Tuesday, pummeling the Cowgirls 9-0 at the Eager Tennis Center.
The Aggies battled the Cowgirls under the host rules with each doubles match counting as one point. The NM State No. 3 duo of and blew past their opponents 8-0. and followed suit and easily defeated HSU's team on court No. 2 8-3. The top Aggie doubles team of and gave NM State the 3-0 lead when they topped Hardin-Simmon's No. 1 doubles team 8-4.
