BROWNSVILLE, Texas – The second-seeded New Mexico State women's tennis team will face the No. 3-seed in Kansas City at 8 a.m. (MT) on Saturday, April 27, at the Brownsville Tennis Center in the semifinals of the Western Athletic Conference Championships.
NM State enters the WAC Championships with an overall record of 13-9 and 3-2 mark in league play – including a 6-1 record when playing on neutral courts. The last time these two clubs matched up on the courts, New Mexico State prevailed by score of 5-2 in Phoenix.
The Aggies are led by Harsha Challa, who recently earned Second-Team All-WAC honors in singles play, with 19 wins in singles action.
