DENVER – The New Mexico State swimming and diving team swept the Western Athletic Conference weekly awards with Reagan Nentwich taking home swimmer of the week and MacKinna Hauff diver of the week after dominant performances at the Lancer Invitational.
Nentwich, a junior from San Antonio, Texas, won three individual events while also winning the 200 and 400 Medley relays. Nentwich dominated the Fly events as she picked up wins the 50 Fly (24.71) and 100 Fly (55.25). She also placed first in the 100 back with a time of 56.46.
"It is nice for Reagan to have some recognition for the hard work she is putting into her swimming," said head coach Rick Pratt.
