HOUSTON – The New Mexico State swimming and diving team wrapped up its first day at the Western Athletic Conference championships from the CRWC Natatorium. NM State sits in the third place with 89 points behind Northern Arizona and Idaho.
"Tonight was a solid start and we got some nervous energy out of the way," said head coach . " was incredible and it was inspirational to see her attack her dives with such confidence. We're only three events in and have a lot to be excited about moving forward."
