LAS CRUCES, N.M. – NM State Track and Field travels to Houston, Texas for the University of Houston Invitation Friday and Saturday Jan. 29-30.
"We were very pleased with the team's performance in the team-scored meet last week at Northern Arizona," said assistant coach Larry Carmichael. "This week is a little different, in that it is our first two-day meet of the season. Going into this meet, we are looking for particularly our running athletes to compete in two or three events and post some times in events that they don't have posted times for, particularly in regards to the conference rankings.
