Box Score CLEARWATER, Fla. – Fiana Finau went 4-for-5 in two games as the NM State softball team defeated Detroit Mercy 10-0 and topped East Carolina 7-3 on the second day of the USF Under Armour Showcase at the Eddie C. Moore Softball Complex.
Game One
The Aggies (19-10) scored 10 runs and collected nine RBIs on 10 hits against Detroit Mercy. Horton scored two runs and had two RBIs on two hits. Kayla Green pitched 5.0 innings and threw three strikeouts in 19 batters faced.
Detroit Mercy (6-18) had four hits.
