WACO, Texas – The NM State equestrian team had seven student-athletes selected as National Collegiate Equestrian Association Academic All-Americans, announced the association. Kyla Myers, Rianna Storey and Jaimie Story were named to the First Team, Chelsea Brady, Katlynn Crine and Kimberly Ferrante were chosen for the Second Team and Hallie Padilla earned Honorable Mention.
"Those student-athletes who go above and beyond in their academic pursuits set themselves apart due to their commitment to their education," said head coach Robin Morris-Walters. "These ladies give just as much effort in the classroom as they do in the arena, and New Mexico State is proud to be represented by such outstanding individuals.
