LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The NM State softball team continues its home stand on Friday as it hosts Oklahoma at 4:00 p.m. in its first game of the Troy Cox Classic at the NM State Softball Complex. The Aggies will play a total of six games against Oklahoma, Campbell, Creighton and Western Michigan Friday-Sunday.
The Aggies started the 2016 season with a 5-0 record after defeating Incarnate Word three times and Battle of I-10 rival UTEP twice in the NM State Invitational. NM State outscored their opponents 48-9 over the five games and garnered four wins using the run-rule.
