WACO, Texas – Denton My Zipper Works and Congo Farside of the Sky, horses for the NM State equestrian team, were selected for the National Collegiate Equestrian Association (NCEA) Top 10 horses for the 2015-16 competition year, announced the association. Both horses chosen for the event of horsemanship.
"The sport of equestrian requires capable and talented horses," said head coach Robin Morris-Walters. "We are proud to have a string of great horses that allow us to host quality competitions and ensure that our student-athletes get the practice they need to be successful. All of our horses come to NM State through generous donations and we are excited to have two make the national top 10 list.
