CATHEDRAL CITY, CALIF. – The New Mexico State softball team dropped their seventh-straight game on Saturday as the Aggies fell to Oklahoma State 7-4.
NM State got on the board first in the second inning. With Destiny Blueford and Fahren Glackin on base, Victoria Castro hit into a fielder's choice, driving in Blueford for the first run of the game.
The Cowgirls came back in the third inning to take the 3-1 lead.
The Aggies battled back in the bottom of the third. With Amy Bergeson reaching on a walk, Kelsey Horton hit a single to put runners on first and third.
