LUBBOCK, Texas - Facing off against a nationally ranked team for the first time in 2020, the NM State men's tennis team dropped a 4-0 decision at 18th-ranked Texas Tech Friday morning at the McLeod Tennis Center.

DOUBLES
• The Red Raiders struck first when Martin Simecek and Luis Flores dropped a 6-2 decision in flight two, but NM State battled back to tie things up.
• Nicolas Buitrago and Jordy Visser claimed a 6-4 triumph against the duo of Jackson Cobb and Isaac Arevalo to even the doubles portion at one each, but Texas Tech had the last laugh.
