LAS VEGAS – NM State tallied its first match victory of the 2024 campaign as they defeated UC Riverside on the opening day of the UNLV Quad where they will compete in three more duals over the next two days.
Friday, the Aggies beat the Highlanders 4-1 after earning the doubles point and a trio of wins in singles action at the Fertitta Tennis Complex on the campus of UNLV.
In doubles play, the tandem of Tobias Wallin and Gustavo Campos teamed up to take down UCR's Joshua Roth and Justin Lamy by a score of 6-3.
