THE BASICS: LAS CRUCES, N.M. - The NM State Aggies lost their first game of the season today, Sunday, Feb. 18, in game three of their series against the Jackrabbits. The Aggies were in the lead for six innings until falling behind after a grand slam in the top of the ninth. Starting pitcher Hayden Lewis threw for six innings striking out nine batters and only walking one.
