SAN ANTONIO, Texas – New Mexico State senior Kenneth Fadke II fired a 2-over-par 146 to sit in a sixth place tie after the first two rounds of the UTSA/Lone Star Invitational on Monday at the Briggs Ranch Golf Course.
A senior from Hobbs, N.M., Fadke shot an even-par 72 in the first round, then followed it with a 2-over 74 in the second loop of the par 72, 7,247 yard Briggs Ranch course.
Led by Fadke, the Aggies posted a 300 in the opening round, but slipped to a 313 in the second round to drop to 13th at 613 after day one.
