TUCSON, Ariz. – Returning to action for the first time since competing at the CUSA Indoor Track & Field Championships on Feb. 24, the Aggies journeyed to the University of Arizona for day one of the Willie Williams Classic. On day one, Bailey Beene posted a first-place finish in the javelin, nearly matching her personal best, while Jordan Torres posted a runner-up result in the 3000m steeplechase – running in the event for the first time in her collegiate career. Overall, the Crimson & White recorded five top-five finishes, along with multiple personal records set.
