LAS CRUCES, N.M. - Make that three consecutive wins against UTEP.
The Aggies, behind a career day from senior halfback Jason Huntley and a jaw-dropping play from redshirt sophomore quarterback Josh Adkins, rolled to a 44-35 win against rival UTEP Saturday inside Aggie Memorial Stadium. NM State has now won three straight games in the Battle of I-10 rivalry series.
HOW IT HAPPENED
Huntley was the story of the first half. The senior, playing his final game inside Aggie Memorial Stadium, went off, rushing for 167 yards and two touchdowns on six carries across the first and second quarters.
