KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The New Mexico State volleyball team faced Kansas City at the Swinney Recreation Center in a Western Athletic Conference clash on Thursday night. The Aggies swept the Roos 25-15, 25-19, 25-20 for their first road victory of conference play.
"I'm really proud of the team. With all the injuries we have, we played really well tonight" head coach Mike Jordan said. "I thought we won the serve and pass game. We did a good job blocking the ball. I was also impressed with what we were doing offensively in the middle of the floor.
