Aggies Slotted in 11th After 36 Holes in Lubbock

LUBBOCK, Texas – NM State opened play at the Red Raider Invitational on Tuesday morning as they played 36 holes on The Rawls Course alongside 15 programs. The Aggies opened the day with a 299 (+11) in the opening round of action to find themselves in eighth place with 36 holes remaining. However, NM State would drop three spots in the standings after shooting a 303 (+16) in the second round of the tournament. The Aggies do sit four strokes ahead of Nebraska – one of the four Power Four programs competing this week.

Individually, the Aggies were once again led by junior Emma Bunch who is currently slotted in fourth place among the field of 88 players.
