LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The New Mexico State cross country teams hosted the Lori Fitzgerald Open at the NMSU Track and intramural fields on Saturday. The men's team placed third in the 7k race while the women's squad took home fourth in the 5k race.
For the men's team, Anthony Molina (22:35.19) led the squad followed by Iley Bruce (23:05.69) for seventh and eighth place, respectively. Abel Ketema took 12th when he recorded a time of 23:36.13 and James McLain followed in 13th with a time of 23:36.
