LAS CRUCES, N.M. – After wrapping up the 2024 Conference USA Outdoor Track & Field Championships this past weekend, a select group of Aggies have been selected to represent NM State at the NCAA West first round. The meet where the Aggies will look to advance to the 2024 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships will be held in Fayetteville, Ark., at John McDonnell Field May 22-25. Nationals will then take place June 5-8 at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore. Last season, NM State sent seven student-athletes to the 2023 NCAA West first round, including Jhana Downie, Aliyah Logan, Terice Steen and Miranda Tcheutchoua.
