HUMBLE, Texas – The New Mexico State men's golf team wrapped up the first round of play at the All-American Intercollegiate on Sunday at the Golf Club of Houston. Through 18 holes, the Aggie squad has shot a 300 (+12) to sit in 13th place.
Ryo Harada and Mike McGilton who are tied for 16th after round one have led individual play on the NM State team. Each golfer shot a 72 (E) in the opening round. Harada leads the Aggies with five birdies and McGilton leads the team and whole tournament field with 16 holes for par.
