PEARLAND, Texas – The New Mexico State men's golf team finished up play on day one at the Bayou City Collegiate Classic. Through 36 holes, the Aggies have fired a 297-296—593 (+17) and sit in 13th place at the end of the first day.
Team play for NM State has been led by Mike McGilton who has fired a 75-69—144 (E) and sits in a tie for 15th. He was followed by Tadhg Campbell who is in a tie for 40th after shooting a 71-78—149 (+5).
