NACOGDOCHES, Texas – Following a rain-soaked start to the 2023 WAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, student-athletes returned to Homer Bryce Stadium for the second day of action. The Aggies, especially the throws team, made their mark across the seven events they competed in, including a quintet of top-eight finishes. After the first two days, NM State sits in 4th place with 34 points. Utah Valley maintains their lead with 40 points.

Aliyah Logan finished second with a time of 13.22 in the 100m hurdle prelims, losing out to Keria Christie-Galloway by six-thousands of a second while setting a personal best in the process.
