TULSA, Okla. – While it wasn't the way that NM State men's golf wanted to finish the fall season, the Aggies pieced together their lowest 18-hole team score of The Clerico on Tuesday.
Javier Delgadillo was the Aggies' bright spot on Tuesday when he fired a 69 (-1), powered by four birdies. The four birdies for Delgadillo led all Aggies and pushed the El Paso native into a tie for 39th place.
Finishing four shots behind Delgadillo was River Smalley, who tied for 48th. Smalley's final round 78 was not counted for the NM State scoring efforts.
