HUNTSVILLE, Texas – After coming off a 2-0 homestand in Las Cruces, the Aggies hit the road seeking their first road win in the Johnson Coliseum during the Hooten era. In their first meeting since Hooten lead Sam Houston to victory in the Pan American Center 75-62, NM State fell to Sam Houston 67-79 to move to 3-2 in conference play.
Jordan Rawls led all Aggie scorers with 18 points, going 8-15 from the field. Femi Odukale was right behind him with 17 points on the night going 6-6 from the free throw line.
