On Thursday night, the Women's Basketball program earned its first league win, knocking off 3-0 Western Kentucky in the first half of a two-game road trip. NM State held the home team to just 44 points on 52 field goal attempts and forced 19 WKU turnovers. Jaila Harding and Molly Kaiser were the leading scorers ocne again, pouring in 12 and 11 points, respectively. With the loss, the Lady Toppers fell to 12-7 and 3-1 in CUSA.
