TUCSON, Ariz. - Hoping to generate some measure of success against 24th-ranked Arizona in its second match of the day against the Pac-12 power, the NM State men's tennis team saw Louis Menard put up a strong fight against the 50th-ranked singles player in the nation.
Unfortunately, the Aggies couldn't come up with a team point in the second match of the morning and fell 4-0 to the Wildcats in the second match of the day between the two teams Sunday afternoon at the Lanelle Robson Tennis Center.
DOUBLES
• Unlike the morning match between the two teams, NM State and Arizona finished all three doubles matches.
