LOS ANGELES, and AZUSA, CALIF. - The New Mexico State track and field team competed at the Cal State LA Twilight Open and the Bryan Clay Invitational on Thursday.
"We had good performances in distance races, sprints, throws and jumps today," co-interim head coach Larry Carmichael said. "We look forward to tomorrow with anticipation."
On the field at the Cal State LA Twilight Classic, Taylor Stutely placed fourth in the shot put as she finished with a mark of 12.58m (41-3.25). Jocelyn Jordan placed third in the triple jump as she jumped 11.
