LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The New Mexico State men's golf team gets set to close out its fall slate at the first annual Pepsi-Cola Classic right in the team's backyard at the Redhawk Golf Club in Las Cruces, N.M. from Oct. 20-21. Battle of I-10 rival UTEP is the host of the eight-team tournament in the City of Crosses.
NM State and host UTEP are set to be joined on the links by Grand Canyon, Oral Roberts, Southern Utah, UMKC, UTRGV and Western New Mexico. Four of the seven competitors – Oral Roberts, UTEP, UTRGV and Western New Mexico – competed this past week at the Herb Wimberly Intercollegiate from Oct.
