LAS CRUCES — A new quarterback is entering the race for New Mexico State, and the Aggies didn’t have to look far to get him.
Connor Cramer, who played this past year at New Mexico Military Institute in Roswell, is one of seven football signees the school announced on Wednesday. It is the first day to sign junior-college players, of which the Aggies signed four, who will enter school at mid-term.
The other three are high schoolers, including Las Cruces HIgh receiver Isaiah McIntyre, who also will enter school in the spring semester
“All are outstanding young men and students, and their impact on the field will be felt immediately,” coach Doug Martin said in a statement from the school.
