LAS CRUCES – The New Mexico State Athletic Department is postponing its Aggie Caravan that was set to start this week with stops in Farmington, Los Alamos, Santa Fe and Albuquerque. The postponement is result of the recent vacancy for the head men's basketball coach position as Director of Athletics, Mario Moccia, will begin a national search immediately.
"With the developments over the weekend regarding our men's basketball program, it is necessary to postpone the four scheduled events this week. The search for our next men's basketball coach is a process that must start immediately and take priority until the position is filled.
