ALBUQUERQUE , N.M. -- The University of New Mexico women's tennis team will head north to open the 2019 fall schedule as the team will travel to Colorado Springs for the second annual ITA Bedford Cup in the Mountains, running Thurs.-Sun., Sept. 12-15, at the Air Force Outdoor Intercollegiate Tennis Courts. Action begins each day at 9 a.m. Mountain Time.
Admission is free all four days. Parking is first-come-first serve in the east and south lots by the Field House. The tennis courts are to the west, past the Falcon Athletic Center.
The tournament will be a good opener for New Mexico and head coach Vicky Maes who enters her first full season with the team after serving as the acting and interim head coach last year.
