Good evening from University Stadium, where in some 25 minutes the New Mexico Lobos (2-2) and the New Mexico State Aggies (0-3) will tee it up in the 106th renewal of their football rivalry.
It’s a coolish evening with a strong, southerly breeze — strong enough, as of now, anyway, to affect the passing and kicking games.
The Lobos are certainly dressed for success: red pants, anthracite jerseys, anthracite helmets with the Zia Symbol on each side.
