RENO, Nev. — Six Nevada players scored nine points or better as the Wolf Pack topped New Mexico 79-70 Saturday in the Mountain West Conference men’s basketball opener for both teams.
Nevada, led by former UNM coach Steve Alford, is 7-5. UNM dropped to 7-6.
