AUSTIN, Texas – University of New Mexico women's soccer redshirt junior Gwen Maly has been named to the 2019 CoSIDA Academic All-America® Third Team as it was announced by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) on Thursday.

Maly, who recently received her second-straight CoSIDA Academic All-District® First Team honor, becomes the fourth women's soccer player all-time to earn Academic All-America® status joining former Lobos, Erchen Theys (2002, 2nd Team), Alexis Ball (2009, 3rd Team) and Brooke Ellison (2013, 2nd Team).
