CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The University of New Mexico men's soccer team saw its 2018 season come to a close on Wednesday evening as No. 2-seed Old Dominion scored four second-half goals to eventually come away with a 4-0 victory over the Lobos.
"I am gutted for the boys," head coach Jeremy Fishbein said. "Three seniors played their hearts out all season and deserved better. As for the entire team, it was painful watching them navigate such a challenging situation. I am proud that we held our heads high and played with dignity and self-respect.
