ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Cornerback Corey Hightower and wide receiver Jay Griffin IV, teammates at Huntsville, Texas High School, committed on Monday to attend the University of New Mexico.

According to MaxPreps, Hightower, listed at 6 feet 175 pounds, had 50 total tackles for Huntsville this season. He had two interceptions, five passes defended and two quarterback sacks.
