Jared Mang garners Google Cloud Academic All-America® honors

AUSTIN, Texas – A day after being drafted in the 18th round by the Detroit Tigers, outgoing University of New Mexico senior baseball player Jared Mang garnered a prestigious academic award as he was named to the 2019 Google Cloud Academic All-America® Second Team as it was announced by CoSIDA on June 6.
OFFICIAL COSIDA RELEASE
For Mang, it is his second Academic All-America® plaudit in his career as he was also a second team honoree as a sophomore in 2017. With his second honor in hand, Mang becomes the fourth Lobo baseball player all-time to be a multiple Academic All-America® recipient.
