NORTHRIDGE, Calif. --- Hsaing-Wen "Albie" Huang's come-from-behind 1-6, 6-3, 6-2 win at No. 5 singles clinched a heart-stopping 4-3 win for New Mexico, UNM's second road win of the season. The win came over a CSUN team that had just one loss entering the match and was coming off a 4-3 win over Oregon of the Pac-12.
The Lobos moved to 2-3 on the season with a change to even their record at 3-3 with a match on Friday at 2:30 pm against Cal State Fullerton Titans.
"It feels good to finally be on the winning end of a 4-3 match," said head coach Vicky Maes, who watched UNM twice lose 4-3 on the road this season.
