Lobo Athletics fans will have new and exciting method of customer service to utilize when they visit GoLobos.com as a result of a new partnership between the athletic department and Website Alive.
Website Alive is an innovative online communications provider which will enable Lobo Athletics to provide enhanced customer service to our fans. The new feature is the latest technology based customer service platform which allows fans to communicate directly with Lobo Athletics staff members via online chat.
"This technology will allow Lobo fans to interact with a department representative in real-time," said Deputy AD Brad Hutchins.
