KANSAS CITY, Mo. --- For the second straight year, University of New Mexico men's basketball players Elijah Brown and Tim Williams have earned NABC All-District honors, both being selected to second team. The National Association of Basketball Coaches announced the 2016-17 NABC Division I All-District teams and coaches Wednesday morning.
Brown led the Lobos this season in scoring at 18.8 points per game and in conference action at 20.7 points per game. With his 15 free throws made against San Diego State on March 4, Brown broke the Mountain West junior free throw record with 125 made this season.
