PITTSBURGH -- The Pittsburgh Penguins are the NHL's least penalized team -- by a significant margin.
Their 79 penalty minutes are 12 less than the second-lowest team, and doubling their current total wouldn't even put them at the top of the league.
That means power plays could be few and far between for the Devils on Monday when the teams face off at PPG Paints Arena, and a big driver of the offense will face increased pressure to succeed on limited chances.
On the flip side, the Devils will go against a Penguins power play that converts on 25 percent of its opportunities.
