The 2016 NHL All-Star Game really will be three mini games this year with the league switching to a 3-on-3 tournament involving four teams of 11 players representing the league's four divisions.
Two All-Star teams will play a 20-minute game, two others will play a second 20-minute game and then the winners will meet in a 20-minute contest for a winner-take-all prize of $1 million that will be split.
